Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions
This Privacy Polity is drawn up according to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine dd. June 01, 2010 No. 2297-VI On Personal Data Protection and determines the procedure of personal data processing and measures regarding ensuring the security of personal data by Tana (svoytyuk@outlook.com) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.1. The Operator sets the observation of human rights and freedoms during the processing of their presoak data, including protection of rights for privacy, personal and family secret as her most important goal and the condition of fulfilling her activities.
1.2. This policy of the Operator regarding personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is applied to all information on the visitors of the www.tana.ua website that the Operator may get.

2. Basic Terms Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated personal data processing: personal data processing using the computer equipment;
2.2. Blocking of personal data: temporary termination of personal data processing (except for the cases when the processing is required in order to clarify the personal data);
2.3. Website: a set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the www.tana.ua network address;
2.4. Information system of personal data: a set of personal data contained in the databases and information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;
2.5. Anonymization of the personal data: actions, as a result of which determination of the personal data belonging to a certain User or another subject of personal data is impossible without using the additional information;
2.6. Personal data processing: any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) applied to the personal data along with using the means of automation or without using such means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update / amendment), extraction, usage, transfer (distribution, provision and access), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data;
2.7. The Operator: state authority, municipal authority, legal entity or nature person that individually or together with other persons organizes and (or) fulfills the personal data processing, as well as determines the purposes of the personal data processing, the contents of the personal data subject to processing and actions (operations) conducted to the personal data;
2.8. Personal data: any information directly or indirectly related to the certain User of the www.tana.ua website or the one being determined;
2.9. User: any user of the www.tana.ua website;
2.10. Provision of personal data: actions directed at the disclosure of the personal data to a certain person or a certain range of persons;
2.11. Distribution of personal data: any actions directed at the disclosure of personal data to an uncertain range of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarization of an undetermined range of persons with the personal data, including publishing the personal data in mass media, posting it on the information and telecommunication networks or provision of access to the personal data in any other way;
2.12. Destruction of personal data: any actions, as a result of which the personal data is irrevocably destroyed with the impossibility of further renewal of the personal data contents in the information system of personal data and (or) the material personal data storage media are destroyed.


3. The Operator may process the following data of the User:
3.1. Surname, name and patronymic;
3.2. E-mail and social media links;
3.3. Telephone numbers;
3.4. Also, the collection and processing of anonymized data on the visitors (including cookies) is performed on the website using the Internet statistics services (Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel).
3.5. The aforementioned data shall be hereinafter combined by the general concept of Personal Data.


4. Purposes of the Personal Data Processing
4.1. The goal of processing of the User’s personal data is informing the User by sending e-mails and provision of access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website to the User.
4.2. The Operator also may send the notifications on the new products and services, special offers and various events to the User. The User may withdraw from receiving information notifications anytime by sending a message with the Withdrawal from Notifications on the New Products, Services and Special Offers remark to the Operator’s e-mail: svoytyuk@outlook.com.
4.3. The anonymized data of the users collecting using the means of Internet statistics is used for collection of information on the actions of the users on the website and improvement of the website quality and its contents.


5. Legal Bases of Personal Data Processing
5.1. The Operator shall process the personal data of the User only if it is fulfilled and/or sent individually by the User using the special forms posted on the www.tana.ua website. By fulfilling the corresponding forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent with this policy.
5.2. The Operator shall process the anonymized data on the User only in case if it is allowed in the setting of the User’s browser (saving the cookies and using the JavaScript technology is on).


6. Procedure of Collection, Storage, Transfer and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
The security of the personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementation of legal, organizational and technical events required for complete observation of requirements of the current legislation in the area of personal data protection.
6.1. The Operator shall ensure the preservation of the personal data and take all the possible measures excluding the access of unauthorized persons to the personal data.
6.2. The personal data of the User shall never be transferred to third persons in any conditions, except for the cases related to observation of the current legislation.
6.3. In case of discovering inaccuracies in the personal data, the User may update it individually by sending the corresponding message with the Personal Data Update remark to the Operator’s e-mail: svoytyuk@outlook.com.
6.4. The terms of personal data processing are indefinite. The User may revoke their consent for personal data processing at any moment by sending a message with the Revocation of the Consent for Personal Data Processing to the Operator’s e-mail: svoytyuk@outlook.com.


7. Final Provisions
7.1. The User may receive any explanations on the questions related to their personal data processing, having addressed the Operator, using the following e-mail: svoytyuk@outlook.com.
7.2. This document shall reflect any amendments of the privacy policy introduced by the Operator. The Policy shall remain valid for an indefinite period of time until being replaced with a new version.
7.3. The current version of the Policy is available online in free access at https://www.tana.ua/.
